I send my expenses to my Bookkeeper, why is RIPA Expenses better?

If you’re using the RIPA Expenses app, all you have to do is tell us the expense code (your codes not ours, pre-loaded so you can select from a list) and comment for each expense. I don’t have a Corporate Credit Card; can I submit expenses for personal reimbursement using the RIPA Expenses app?
Absolutely! If you submit an expense for reimbursement through RIPA Expenses, your accounting software (like MYOB or Xero) shows a new bill that needs payment. The payee, in this case, is the person who needs reimbursement. Pay the bill using your normal process, and you’re done!
Getting expenses information directly from the point-of-sale sounds great, but can RIPA Expenses get this information from every single place I spend money?
We’re growing our pool of partners all the time; however, we know there will always be places that we haven’t integrated with yet. Not to worry, we support uploading a physical receipt, whether that’s through our mobile app or via our web application. The good news is that we pick up the sales receipt, which holds all the line-by-line items, so you can see exactly what you bought, not just the payment receipt information.
